This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and passionate Village Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a serviced accommodation to ensure a seamless delivery of exceptional services to clients and stakeholders. You will be responsible for the management of staff performance and ensuring the Health and Safety of all employees on site. This is a FIFO position departing from Perth.

Core duties will include:

• Overseeing the management of site operations including onsite cleaning, catering and other services
• Ensuring streamlined delivery of commercial business services across multiple business functions
• Effectively managing delegated budgets and assisting with budget control
• Ensuring the Village is maintained to the highest possible standard
• Building and maintaining exceptional relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Business development to increase activity and maximise occupancy.

About You:

With proven knowledge and understanding of practical application of all legislative requirements across multi-site management in mining/construction sectors, you will be a hands-on person who is organized and reliable, with exceptional people management skills and leadership abilities. You will have highly developed experience in managing facilities from remote hospitality services industry, with a background in hotels also sought after.

Previous demonstrated experience as a Village Manager is highly desirable. You will demonstrate enthusiasm and energy within your role, where your exceptional communication skills will effectively form and promote positive relationships with stakeholders and residents. An in-depth understanding of remote site safety standards will be highly advantageous as well as a sound knowledge of Catering services Scope of Works.

What you possess:

• minimum 3 years of experience as a camp/village manager or extensive experience as general manager of a hospitality operation;
• Intermediate skills in the Microsoft Office suite;
• Strong financial acumen and a strong awareness of HSEQ principles
• Industrial catering experience;
• Sound knowledge of HACCP;
• Competency in financial reporting, P/L and budget management
