JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Manager for our social-enterprise café, Moon Rabbit, a venue that is leading a new way to do business: zero-waste ethos, vocational training facility and hands-on educational workplace showing local Darebin residents how to lessen their environmental impact and make sustainable choices in how they shop, eat and socialise.
The Moon Rabbit Manager oversees the staff and operations of Moon Rabbit Café, Moon Rabbit Back of House & Moon Rabbit On The Hop Mobile Café – as well as ensuring only the highest level of food and beverages are served.
