About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Reception Centre Manager to join our supportive and friendly team. The right candidate will be motivated and reliable to manage events and the performance of the reception centre. Responsibilities will include preparing reports; managing budgets and authorising expenditure; planning and coordinating menus; supervising and training staff; maintaining standards required by hygiene, safety and other relevant regulations; managing shifts; and liaising with clients.

Successful applicants will possess the following:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Reception Centre Manager
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • High level of commitment and focus
  • Energetic and passionate about customer service
  • Excellent presentation and grooming standards
  • Great attention to details
  • Ability to work as an individual or as part of a team
