ROLE:

  • This role is suited for some one naturally a people person, who can speak with all walks of life & a radiant energy that gravitates people towards them.
  • Generate New Business opportunities through fostering relationships with Brokers, ensuring highest level of customer excellence throughout & conveying key brand empowerment
  • Deliver Engaging first impressions, irradiating professionalism as face of the company, empowering confidence & building trust, through your responsive & transparent dealings.
  • Attend PR & Industry events engaging your focus audience, building lasting impressions & disseminating values, leaving a positive lasting impression.
  • Ensure any Broker uninitiate of the organisation, business acumen or values, walks away well versed with a clear and concise understanding of the brand & organisation.
  • Ensure Brokers feel valued whilst clearly versing your offerings, benchmarking & enforcing you as the pre-eminent leader.

ATTRIBUTES:

  • A positive and personable disposition able to engage all levels including boards of directors with ease and enthusiasm.
  • You will enjoy looking suave and have impeccable presentation.
  • Welcoming objection handler with strong resilience and an eagerness to overcome all objections or rejections.
  • Practice personal & professional development and welcome instructive criticism, feedback, workshops & improvement practices
  • Long term career goals

HIGHLY REGARDED (But not essential)

  • Banking, Brokerage or Lending Exposure
  • Exposure to Construction, Land Development across either Residential or Commercial sectors
  • Property-loving BDM with specialist expertise in Broker relations and a sound understanding of development lending for developments (IMMEDIATE INTERIEW)
