JOB DESCRIPTION

With over 90 Hudsons Coffee outlets and 17 Bars / Restaurants in our portfolio (and expanding!!) we take pride in developing our teams and taking a journey together to grow our business and ourselves! Our teams have a unique opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry both locally and globally. 


Based at Sydney Airport and Northern Beaches Hospital outlets we are on the hunt for passionate and enthusiastic Supervisors, Bar Crew and Baristas to join our teams. Full-time and casual roles available.


Supervisors:

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):


  • Consistently creating unrivalled customer experiences.
  • Effectively help with the training.
  • Setting clear goals and objectives aligned to success and effectively articulating visions to the team creating accountability and ownership
  • Proactively leading the team during service on the restaurant floor, ensuring all stations are performing effectively, the customer experience is memorable & the team are motivated
  • Ensuring all processes and systems are followed and understood by the team.
  • Compliance with all relevant legislative requirements and company policies


Bar Crew Member:

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):


  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Mixing alcoholic beverages and pouring beers
  • Coffee Making
  • Cash Handling
  • Order taking
  • Stock replenishment including rotation
  • General cleaning and maintenance of the Bar and its equipment
  • Compliance with all relevant legislative requirements and company policies


Baristas:

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):


  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Providing table service and taking orders
  • Ensuring customer safety is maintained
  • Maintains cleaning standards
  • Compliance with all relevant legislative requirements and company policies


As a true team player who delivers exceptional customer service, you will have:


  • Current Food Safety Certificate
  • Current RSA Certificate (requirement for all airport sites)
  • “Can-do attitude”
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • A keen focus on processes and compliance & ensuring quality every time!
  • Energy, positivity & resilience with a keen focus on motivating others


You will need to have flexible availability across the days, evenings, weekends and holiday periods.
