The Clubs

If you have already been to our venues, you would know we are passionate about making a difference to all who encounter us. Hurstville is just about to open the largest redevelopment in the Club's history with a $75M project due for completion in Sept/Oct. This will see a new dining precinct, events centre, roof top bar, expanded gaming offering and brand new 124 room hotel. Menai is a pillar of the community and is experiencing booming food and beverage trade.

About you and the role

Possessing a genuine buzz to their personality and be eager to assist their team in whatever comes their way, the Marketing Coordinator will have previous experience working in a multi-department role and will be committed to learning. An inquiring mind looking for growth and opportunity leading to a fulltime role. Flexibility is key, the ability to work beyond the norm as required from time to time. They will be determined in ensuring, that our members receive the best marketing information available and have the ability to self-assess their own work to ensure this is achieved. Open to change and working in a dynamic environment with confidence to take on challenges to deliver excellence. Celebrating success is revered. Located at both venues a close working relationship across all departments is essential.

There is plenty to keep you engaged and contributing. Here's a taste of some of your duties:

  • Assist with the development and implementation of the marketing plan each year – Reporting and research
  • Take responsibility for projects as determined by Executive Manager – Marketing
  • Provide high-level analysis of promotions incorporating sales and gaming data
  • Provide demographic analysis using census data and internal membership data
  • Provide weekly updates regarding promotion and entertainment figures
  • Provide monthly report to finance team on figures and bonus points given away
  • Provide creative suggestions as to promotions and events
  • Provide monthly reports to Executive Manager – Marketing
