The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Assistant. If you are looking to join a commercially focused and values driven organisation, this is the role for you! This organisation has grown steadily since inception and especially over the past several years has experienced tremendous growth and change. They have operations across Australia and manage a large workforce of dedicated staff. The ideal candidate will have prior Executive Assistant experience, an adaptable working style, and be willing to complete a variety of tasks at all levels of the business.

The Role

Supporting one of the senior leaders within the business, your duties will include:

Diary management and handling correspondence
Minute taking and reporting
Travel and accommodation bookings
Credit card reconciliations
Organising events
Preparing morning teas / lunches as required
Researching industry information

About You

To be successful in this role you will:
Have at least 3-5 years' experience in a similar PA or EA role
Be experienced with taking minutes in board meetings and providing support at an executive level
Have strong communication skills
Be organised and have good time management skills
Be professional in presentation and able to provide a positive image of the company you are representing
