About The Role

This is a part time/casual opportunity (25 hours per week) to join our Fyshwick store and demonstrate your customer service skills, physical fitness and administration capabilities.

As a Store Support Person at Freedom, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving stock.
  • Stock control/count.
  • Purchase order management and banking.
  • Ad hoc reporting and efficient administration of the store's daily operations.
  • Communicating with customers over service queries and delivery problems.
  • Sending customer notifications.
You will have a strong desire to learn and to make a difference; a positive and proactive attitude, effective communication, intermediate computer skills and an awareness of WH&S standards. You must also be available for weekend, public holiday and late night shifts.
