About the Role
You’ll be based at our Modbury site and will play a pivotal role in supporting frontline leaders at our Contact Centre operation. It is a fast paced environment and building strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders will be critical to your success in this role.

There will be a myriad of workplace support responsibilities and cases at any given time, so your ability to in multitask unique, sensitive and complex workplace issues will enable you to be effective in meeting desired business and customer outcomes.

You’ll be joining a close knit, professional and customer focused Workplace Support team within our People and Culture function.

What you’ll do
You will support the business and our employees by being approachable, flexible, respectful and resilient in your day to day dealings with stakeholders. You will be adept at handling disciplinary and welfare matters whilst being a sounding board and a trusted supporter for frontline leaders as they navigate complex people issues and challenging conversations. You will be comfortable to manage risk and understand how to conduct procedurally fair processes and operate within the parameters of the legal framework and relevant industrial instruments.

What you’ll bring
You will bring solid experience in an HR Advisory focused position within a complex, corporate environment. Your compassion and empathetic nature, balanced with your resilience and business acumen will have seen you demonstrate strong capability as an approachable and customer focused People and Culture leader.
