We are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, passionate, customer service driven and EXPERIENCED Front-of-house Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at our Dunsborough store on a full time basis to assist the current management team in front of house operations. This Position will have the potential for further promotion to the store managers roll once fully trained.

Peko Peko is an expanding WA ultra-healthy food company with three outlets to date being situated North of the river in Doubleview (Perth), South of the river in Attadale (Perth) and Down South in Dunsborough. We have been producing beautiful sushi and healthy, guilt-free dine in , takeaway and catering options for over 15 years in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. About this role:

In this role you will be second in charge of the store and will assist the Front-of-House Manager with:

  • Maintaining a high level of communication with customers. staff and production team
  • Ensuring that customers are served in a friendly efficient manner.
  • Training and developing staff.
  • Sales planning, merchandising and ordering of stock
  • Preparing food.

To be considered for this role, it is essential to meet the following selection criteria

  • Ability to be available for work across the 7 days of operation
  • Exceptional customer service
  • Cheerful and friendly personality and a Can do attitude
  • Be self motivated and show initiative
  • Is in good health and physically fit
  • POS and cashiering knowledge
  • Has an eye for detail and is organized
  • Communicates well to give clear instructions and receive feedback from the team and customers
  • Demonstrate a strong customer focus and competently deal with customer queries and complaints
  • Work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Effectively supervise and train staff on a daily bases
  • Consistently maintain a high standard of housekeeping in your department
  • Most recently worked in a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Team Leader role
  • Have at least 3 years experience within the hospitality industry
  • Sense of urgency to achieve results

This role is suitable to candidates who are looking for long term commitment and can commit to no less than 12 months in this role.
