This is an exciting opportunity for a Head Baker to join one of Sydney's most iconic venues. The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Head Baker looking to work alongside a collaborative and passionate team at one of Sydneys

Since opening in 2012, the brand has since become an institution to the locals and city residents travelling out to buy their bread and pastries, famous for their sourdough and viennoiserie and now collaborating with fine dining restaurants and local venues as well as stocking their products in the local stores.
Attention to detail, consistency and maintaining the highest standards of quality are essential in this role.

The successful applicant must meet the following criteria:
  • Experience in producing handmade sourdough and yeasted products from mixing all the way through to baking
  • Available to work weekends and shifts from 10pm to 8am
  • Understand and follow HACCP procedures.
  • Work to produce high quality products and make on the spot decisions.
  • Pastry experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Managing and leading teams of 12 plus bakers

About You

As the Head Baker, you will be passionate about pastry and strive to consistently.
