Full Time Wedding & Celebrations Coordinator (Tuesday - Saturday)

We are spoilt for choice for our Wedding and Social Events with picturesque gardens and Chapel for ceremony options and many stunning venues with beautiful views

It is a venue that is a joy to sell and we are looking for a bubbly, experienced, and dynamic Wedding & Celebrations Coordinator to join our award-winning sales and events team.

We’re looking for…

Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role within a 5-star Resort or Wedding venue
Previous experience in an operational capacity would be favourable
A strong passion for weddings and the wedding industry
Prides themselves in creativity with opportunity to create events, which results in increased revenue
Proven proactive skills are highly regarded
Must have the ability to work independently at various exhibition and wedding open days
Well organised and can prioritise, time manage, have a keen eye for detail, have excellent communication and people interaction skills
Be well presented and groomed, have excellent interpersonal skills and the willingness to develop current skills and undertake new skills as demanded by the market
Weekends, evening, and public holiday work may be required
It is also an essential part of this role to assist with developing business, so sales experience will be considered an advantage

The successful candidate must possess excellent administrative and organisational skills, computer literacy and the ability to deliver superior quality customer service. Knowledge of Opera sales & catering management systems is highly desirable , in addition to your prior experience gained in a hospitality environment.

Your ability to work effectively unsupervised and possess an understanding of sales and problem-solving techniques are essential to this role.
