We are looking for a casual (with potential to move into part-time) employee to join our team at Bargara Beach Caravan Park. You will be required to complete administrative & customer service duties at this great location.

Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Day to day reception duties, including telephone answering, taking accommodation bookings and general liaising with customers.
  • Maintain and update park bookings system.
  • Cash handling and recording.
  • General office duties including photocopying, printing, email, fax.
  • Collection and distribution of mail.
  • Maintaining guest and company records.
  • Ensure that a friendly and caring demeanour is demonstrated at all times.
  • Ensuring you provide a high level of customer service to all guests of the park when required.
  • Punctuality and excellent time management skills.
  • Flexible availability due to the nature of the hospitality and tourism industry.
  • Weekend availability is essential.
  • Being able to work as part of a team, but also individually.
