The Ville Resort-Casino is tropical North Queensland’s premier destination for dining, events and entertainment; located in gorgeous Townsville boasting 300 days of sunshine every year.

After a $45 million redevelopment and currently the $7 million development of our new VIP Lounge, The Ville has emerged as one of Queensland’s hottest tourism destinations.

The Table Games Department at The Ville operates seven days a week. This incredibly busy department is responsible for providing our guests with a selection of classic casino table games.

To be successful you must have the capability to recognise, anticipate and fulfil our customers’ needs. The desire to go ‘above and beyond’ to deliver exceptional service as well as the ability to interact in a fun, professional manner is also important.

The key selection criteria for this role include:
A genuine interest in the service and entertainment industry
Exceptional customer service skills
Be a team player
Impeccable attention to detail
Availability and capable of working days, nights, weekends, public holidays
Be 18 years of age or older
Are an Australian/NZ citizen or permanent resident
Have great communication skills reflecting a fun, friendly attitude
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be numerate and quick thinking
The ability to obtain a casino employee licence
Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol, Responsible Gambling and COVID SAFE Work Training for Dining In Certificates

Applicants must be available to participate in 160 hrs intensive training, consisting of 140 hours paid technical and skills training in a simulated gaming environment, and 20 hours home study over a 5 week period - dates to be advised.
