Monash Health Imaging in Casey requires an experienced Site Clerical Supervisor in a full time capacity of 80 hrs per fortnight for 15 months.

About the Role

This is a supervisory position responsible for organising and overseeing the day-to-day activities of clerical staff at site level. The role is to ensure compliance of clerical processes and procedures to provide consistent outcomes for the delivery of imaging services. This position has a mentoring component to ensure clerical competencies are meet and data entry is accurate.

The Monash Imaging Site Clerical Supervisor will co-ordinate the clerical function at the imaging site and act to implement service wide initiatives and work flow procedures.

Manage daily clerical operational requirements
Maintain clerical roster
Provide collaborative support to Network Clerical Manager and Site Operations Manager
Mentoring staff to assist learning
Conduct Performance enhancement of clerical staff
Collaboration with senior clerical leadership in clerical staff recruitment
Manage clerical staff recruitment for the site

Your regular hours will be rostered between Monday and Friday each week, however there is a need for you to be able to work after hours and/or weekends on occasion as the business requires.

About You

You are a genuinely passionate and caring person who is highly committed to delivering exceptional service within a dynamic and varied environment. As a clear communicator you have the ability to quickly build rapport with others, working well with other team members.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:
You have a nationally recognised qualification in administration and/or office management and/or demonstrated experience in office management (preference to Health related industry).

Extensive vocational experience in office administration and/or office management
You have strong communication skills to mentor and build a strong team environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information
Display a professional customer-oriented mindset
Exceptional attention to maintain financial accountability
Detailed knowledge and use of a range of information systems, including MS Office, specialised applications and /or in-house systems
Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changing situations readily
Strong team player attributes
A willingness to learn and share skills and experience with the team
Create a positive mentoring environment with the ability to support and grow your team to the highest of industry and professional standards

Previous experience in an Imaging environment will be strongly preferred.
