The Big Red Group (BRG) is a rapidly scaling platform for e-commerce marketplaces, Australian owned and founded, the BRG operates from our HQ in Sydney. We are the world’s third-largest experiential provider, bringing customers to more than 3,000 experience suppliers across Australia & New Zealand.

We are looking for someone who is excited to develop and grow the Adrenaline brand story, setting the path for the future of the brand in the Australian market. Reporting into the Head of Consumer Marketing & Partnerships, this role will be responsible for taking Adrenaline to the next level. We are looking for a savvy Brand Manager who isn’t afraid of a challenge and is genuinely excited and passionate to work on an experiences brand that has an interesting niche and a lot of potential.

We want you to bring your energy to the role and show us something we haven’t seen before, envisage the brand the way it should be and take risks! Day-to-day, this is a hands-on role, you will be responsible for the delivery of all the assets to market for the Adrenaline brand.

You will work very closely with the Creative Studio, Performance and Merchandising teams to ensure our brand messaging is clear, consistent and differentiated from our other consumer brands.

What you will do 

  • Manage the ADR (Adrenaline) brand strategy and execution in market 
  • Develop new and support existing brand partnerships aligned to the future vision of the brand 
  • Develop and execute exciting campaigns that showcase Adrenaline and differentiate within the market
  • Timeline, stakeholder and agency management to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and budget 
  • The gatekeeper of all ADR brand assets in market to ensure consistency

The BRG is currently set up as a fully remote work environment, with all our team members working from home. We will be back in a Sydney-based office space from October 2020.
