The Crowne Plaza Brand has returned to Adelaide. Come join this newly built full service upscale hotel. Comprising of 329 guest rooms with check-in on level 10, restaurant, bar, infinity pool and gymnasium. There is also a dedicated function centre with four versatile function rooms and kitchen. The owner will manage the building car park and ground floor retail spaces. The business mix will be varied with domestic & international leisure, Corporate & Government and MICE residential, day meetings and social events. Your day to day
We’re looking for a passionate Night Manager to work closely with our Front Office Manager to lead the hotel's Front Office operations on shift. As the dedicated Night Manager, you’ll be the leader on shift - managing guest experience, team performance and hotel operations. You’ll focus on ensuring our team deliver authentic, memorable experiences for our guests while supporting and developing the team to drive results. So what does the day-to-day look like? -Having authentic conversations with our guests to resolve their issues, queries or concerns -Overseeing the Hotel operations in the absence of Senior Management -Nightly Audit and reconciliation of days trading -Being the first point of contact for any critical emergency situations -Leading the team to deliver results that positively impact guest experience and overall Hotel performance -Focusing on team development to ensure our team are continuously learning and broadening their skills

What we need from you
Our ideal candidates will have existing experience as an Assistant Night Manager or Duty Manager within the hotel industry with positive energy and passion for delivering great guest experiences. You'll be known for your ability to have genuine connections with guests and colleagues and work in a fast-paced environment. Great Night Managers are excellent at prioritising workload - their own and the team's - making them great team players. Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication and organisational skills are a must. As the dedicated overnight Manager, candidates must have an Australian Drivers Licence, valid South Australian Responsible Persons Badge and Responsible Service of Alcohol and First Aid Certificates; or be willing to immediately obtain.
