IGT is the world leader in the design, development and manufacture of gaming products and systems. IGT Australia is a dominant force in Australia and New Zealand and we provide a range of gaming products, systems and services to the Club, Hotel and Casino industries.

We are searching for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join our busy professional team. The main objective of this role is to support the marketing team in achieving their objective to grow IGT’s commercial viability and brand throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

The following skills and attributes are important:

  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Working knowledge of Illustrator/Photoshop.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting and conflicting deadlines and prioritise workload to meet deliverables.
  • Strong writing skills highly regarded.
  • A team player capable of performing administrative duties and supporting the team.
  • Ability to maintain a professional level of performance in high pressure situations.
  • Demonstrated experience, which may include event management or design production.
The successful applicant with have interactions with all levels of staff across our business and more importantly will be dealing directly with many of our major clients and suppliers, so an ability to instantly build rapport with people from all walks of life is essential.
A degree in Business, Marketing and/or Communications or related field (or working towards) would be highly advantageous. Experience using graphics applications, understanding/working with content management systems is highly desirable. Exposure to CRM systems would also be advantageous. We provide training to build on your existing skills to ensure you keep on improving and grow.
