Code Black Coffee is looking for a superstar barista with passion and experience to join our awesome team.  To be considered for a Barista position you will have the following:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a full-time Barista
• Be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of coffee making techniques
• Have an incredible passion for coffee
• Have a high level of professionalism
• Be confident and have solid experience in high volume coffee
• Able to maintain extremely high standards under pressure
• Be well presented and friendly
• Be able to work well in a team and communicate politely and effectively
• Be able to speak English confidently and fluently
• Experience in high volume specialty coffee is preferable

Hours: 5 days (approx 38 hours per week) - weekends included

Locations: CBD and Brunswick
