BARISTA / FRONT OF HOUSE WANTED - MILKWOOD CAFE, BRUNSWICK EAST

Role: 

- 2-3 days per week

- 2 years minimum experience in specialty coffee required. Programming machine, following recipes consistently, pour over, cold brew, etc.

- Will need to be able to hold down a good vibe when it’s slow, and smash it out with consistent quality when it’s busy.

- This is a barista/ floor position - not suited if you prefer to be behind the machine all day. 

- Moment to moment flexibility is key. Open to jumping in wherever needed.

- Willingness to build genuine relationships with customers over time is absolutely essential. 

- Fluent English essential
