We are looking for an experienced barista with a minimum of 2 years hospitality experience to join our dynamic team.

We are passionate about serving authentic Southern Italian inspired food, wood fired pizza, fresh seafood and pasta dishes served with the option to pair with a fine selection of drinks. We serve coffee and desserts and we are a fully licenced premise. We are Lo Stretto Pizza Bar Seafood, located in Port Kembla NSW. It is a 15 minute drive from Wollongong CBD. 

About the role:

• Full time position, up to 40 hours per week
• Must be available to work weekends, some weekdays and some evenings.
• Possess minimum 2 years experience as wait staff and/ or as a barista
• Must have current RSA certificate
• Great communication and interpersonal skills 
• Barista skills highly desirable or ability to learn quickly
• Extensive food knowledge, passion for quality and consistency
• Previous Bar experience or willing to learn 
• Be able to work independently and within the team
• Ability to work well under pressure and within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent presentation and professionalism 
• Adhere to Food Safety Standards and Hygiene Practices
• Excellent work ethic, punctual and reliable
• Be highly-organised with good attention to detail
