Kyneton Bushland Resort (KBR) is a stand-alone timeshare resort that provides members, exchangees and guests with a unique holiday experience. The Resort offers affordable, quality accommodation and excellent facilities set in 80 acres of bushland and is very central to many popular tourist areas such as Daylesford, Ballarat and Bendigo.

The Activities Coordinator is responsible for the development and delivery of a successful activities program that resort guests can participate in during their stay.

In the role of Receptionist, you are the first point of contact at the Resort and, as such, this person needs to be friendly and helpful and provide a professional image of the organisation. It is important the individual in this role is at all times friendly, courteous, well-spoken, positive and helpful in her/his approach and professional and efficient in the way she/he undertakes her/his duties.

The individual will be required to demonstrate initiative and work as an enthusiastic team member in accordance with KBR’s policies and office procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Food Handlers/Food Safety Supervisor certificate;
• Working with Children check;
• Current Victorian Drivers Licence;
• Enthusiastic;
• Good communication skills – verbal and written;
• Ability to use Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook;
• Good Presentation;
• Good people skills;
• Ability to work as part of a team;
• Ability to adapt and be proactive rather than reactive;
• Punctual and reliable;
• Positive attitude.

Must be available to work across 7 days including public holidays and be prepared to work alternate weekends.
