If you have: …

• Proven experience in high-end hotels or premium venues
• Cash register experience and skills across fast paced venues
• Tap beer experience will be highly regarded
• Exceptional presentation and grooming standards
• High calibre of customer service
• Experience in a function/banquet setting
• Proven waiting skills including 3 plate carry and 5 plate clear is desirable
• Knowledge of wine and beverage offerings 
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise serviceskills
• A valid RSA is essential
• Highly developed customer engagement
• Working with Children Check is advantageous
• Police Check or willing to obtain one
• Availability to work evenings and weekends is a MUST!
• Have the following uniform or willing to purchase: Black tailored trousers, white long-sleeved business shirt, enclosed leather look shoes
