Lady Banks is a newly opening rooftop bar, which is a multi-seasonal sanctuary inspired by its horizon. This chic, relaxed and sophisticated bar is the perfect space whether it be for a social gathering, after work drinks or for a special event. Lady Banks is the perfect spot to enjoy drinks and some tapas, with 360-degree views of Sydney. To complete these amazing offerings, we are currently on the lookout for experienced Cocktail Bartenders/Bartenders with a personality, to join the team and help create a unique and playful atmosphere for every individual that visits our venue.

The role:

• Providing guests with an exceptional and unique experience
• Creating theatre through the art of making cocktails
• Designing fun and delicious beverage menus
• Other bar operations including dispense bar, spirits, tap beer and coffee making
• Ensure the bar is adequately stocked at all times

The things we look for:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without losing playfulness or passion
• A ‘Can Do’ attitude and the ability to surprise and delight customers
• 2-3 years proven experience working as a Cocktail Bartender
• Creativity and a willingness to further mixology skills through training
• Impeccable presentation
• Valid RSA
