Night Manager/ Assistant Manager

Casa De Playa is the Mornington go-to destination for food, drink and all round good vibes.

We are looking for a hardworking and self-motivated night manager to join our team, working with the owners and team to deliver exceptional service experiences.

· Experienced as a manger or similar role in a restaurant, pub or bar?
· Confident with finances, stock control, rostering and working to budgets & KPIs?
· Capable of managing, motivating and mentoring a large team?
