We are looking for a professional Front of House Champion for our newly opened wine & tapas bar in Balaclava. Salary will be based on your professional experience. Responsibilities

• Welcome/Invite customers inside and present our menu options and specials.
• Advise on the best food and drink choices for each customer and answer questions.
• Take orders and deliver them to the table deftly and accurately.
• Check the quality of the final servings and resolve any issues, deal confidently with customer complaints.
• Deliver checks and accept payment.
• Ensure wait staff are diligent with customers.
• Work with other staff (sommelier, bartender, chefs) as a team.
• Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality.
• Promote our socials and customer retention within the restaurant.
• Be able to connect with customers and turn diners into repeat visitors and advocates of the business.

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per month

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
