About the role:

Our Baristas are responsible for preparing all The Coffee Club beverages. You take customer orders, replenish and rotate stock and keep the place clean.

About you:

• Minimum 2 years’ Barista experience;
• You have an excellent customer service focus
• You’re 100% committed to excellent coffee;
• Your grind, tamp, pour and texture comes as second nature!
• Good knowledge of all things coffee including an understanding of extraction times and adjusting grind
• Great attention to detail; good quality of milk frothing / texture and dine in pouring is a must
• Works great under pressure during busy periods
• Must have the ability to work quickly without compromising on quality
• A friendly and flexible team player with a can do attitude
