The Position

The Manhattan Bar & Grill and ENA Greek Street Food are two iconic restaurants located here in The Loft, a new dining and entertainment precinct in the heart of Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre. Our hospitality group owns both venues and we are now looking for experienced floor staff supervisors. This position will assist the manager in the maintenance of the venues, control of the staff and smooth sailing of a busy service. Individuals must have minimum 3 Years experience as floor supervisors prior to applying.

Responsibility and Requirements

- Assist manager in ordering stock

- Supervision of staff members

- Training of new staff members

- Leading service in front of house

- Bar Experience (Preferred not required)

- Must have minimum 3 years experience in this role

- Be dedicated to their job

Individuals will be invited to both venues as they are located in the same centre and shown the responsibilities and expectations. Any applicants that do not meet the requirements will simply not be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
