We are seeking another baker to join our expanding team. Requirements of the position are as follows:

- A minimum of either 3 years working in a bakery and/or cert II or higher in baking or patisserie

- Food, health, safety knowledge

- Creation of and adhering to, prep lists

- Ability to maintain consistency throughout busy services

- Desire to learn new skills/areas of kitchen

- Maintain hygiene standards

- Knowledge or desire to learn culinary techniques and trends

Our area is roughly 1.45 hours southeast of Melbourne. It is extremely high volume in the summer months, due to several tourism destinations nearby.

Our company owns a bakery, restaurant and pantry. Sponsorship available if required.
