Front of House Positions Available.

  • Located in Birregurra VIC. Only 45 minutes from Geelong and 30 mins from the Great Ocean Road.
  • Junior or Senior front of house professionals to work in renowned fine dining restaurant. Serving locally sourced and organic produce from our own farm.

About Us:

Brae is Good Food Guide's 2020 Restaurant of the Year. The restaurant is located on an organic farm with six luxury guest suites for diners and offers visitors a place to interact with nature and eat from the land. The working property is established with organic vegetable production, olive grove, fruit orchard, berries and bee hives, all producing food for use in the restaurant.

A variety of positions are available junior waiter, senior waiter, Assistant Restaurant Manager. Start now or in two to three months. Full Time or Casual.

About You:

You will be a passionate front of house professional, with demonstrated experience in a fine dining environment for a senior role, or someone with relevant skills and experience who's willing to learn for a junior role.
