Highways in Springvale is looking for a Full Time Gaming Supervisor to work the night shift. We pride ourselves on best practice in the responsible gambling environment and maintain close links with all external services. Managers and supervisors regularly attend responsible gambling workshops and RSG meetings.

The Role

• Supervising staff & the gaming room
• Monitoring gaming operations for the venue
• Maintaining compliance and responsible gaming practices
• operations of a busy gaming room
• Solid cash handling proficiency
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Experience/Knowledge with gaming machines & systems
• A “Customer first” approach with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
• Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG)
• Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence
• Demonstrated solid cash handling
  

Highways is in the heart of suburban south-east Melbourne right on the doorstep of busy Sandown Racecourse. There’s a large Sports Bar where customers can have a drink or a bite to eat with friends, whilst punters are well catered for with the TAB open 7 days a week or they can try their luck in the large gaming room.
