Key Selection Criteria:

• Demonstrated experience in high-end/5 star venues and hotel - buffet style is preferable

• Experience in multiple cuisines is highly desirable

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work as a part of a team environment

• Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP

• Ability to work across a rotating 24 hour roster including weekends and public holidays
