The Role

We are looking for quality and talented Chefs to join our team on a full-time basis, as a Chef at Artesian Hospitality, you will need the following experience and attributes:

3+ years relevant experience in the industry
Knowledge around different cuisines and cooking techniques
Worked in fast paced, high end restaurant, pub, cafe or hotel
Good organisation and the ability to train junior staff
An understanding of HACCP and hygiene practices
Good communication skills, attitude and be a team player
Knowledge around stocktake, ordering, food and wage costs
