If you have: …

• At least 2 years’ proven experience in a similar role
• Proven waiting experience working in premium 5 star hotels, fine dining restaurants, corporate suites and boardrooms
• Exceptional knowledge of high-end food, wine and beverage offerings
• Previous section waiting experience and a la carte order of service
• Proven waiting skills including 3 plate carry and 5 plate clear
• Exceptional presentation and grooming standards
• A commitment to delivering service excellence through highest level of customer service & communications skills
• A valid RSA
• Police Check or willing to obtain one
• Have or are willing to purchase: Black tailored pants & a white long sleeved business shirt and enclosed leather look shoes.
