We are seeking an experienced Office Manager for this very remote but very busy venue. The property features on site Motel Accommodation, Restaurant, Bar, Shop and fuel outlets. The property has 21 staff living and working on site.

Package:
Casual Role
$31.53 per hour-Flat Rate
Accommodation & Meals @ $130 per week
Own Room with shared amenities
Duties
:
- Day to day front and back office work
- Manning reception - check-ins / outs, posting to accounts, reservations etc
- Invoicing
- Assisting with Accounts Receivable
- Assisting with Accounts Payable
- General Administration work
- Group Reservations
- Other duties as required
- Experience with RS Touch POS and accounting system or similar
- Experience with Little Hotelier Property Management System or similar PMS system
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
