About the Role
You will be joining us at the start of the journey as a foundational member of the team at the fabulous new Gippsland Regional Aquatic Centre (GRAC) in Traralgon.
As a Duty Manager you will maintain a broad knowledge of centre programs and services whilst at the same time managing a range of centre functions whilst on shift which may include; customer service, safety, staff rosters and breaks, plant operations, cash balancing, customer education, conflict resolution and general maintenance/cleaning.
This position is available in both a part-time and casual capacity.

Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Sports, Management, or related field are desirable
- First Aid & CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Victorian Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Pool Lifeguard certification (desirable)
