  • Remuneration Value: $24.43 - $26.22 p/hour + 9.5% employee contribution to super +23% casual loading

The Wesley Hospital is inviting applications from Food Services Attendants to apply for casual opportunities within the Food Services Production Team!

About the Role:

As a Food Services team member your responsibilities will include:

  • Efficient preparation and/or delivery of meals and beverages within the hospital including the collection of meal trays and other customer service activities;
  • Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and service throughout the Food Services Department;
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of HACCP principles in accordance with the Wesley food safety program;
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of PPE requirements and safety procedures

You’ll demonstrate a passion for customer service, and recognise the importance your role plays in providing an exceptional patient experience at The Wesley. You will have previous hospitality, stewarding or kitchen hand experience and be flexible in your availability to work a range of shifts. In addition you will have:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well unsupervised
  • A professional attitude with excellent personal presentation
  • Be fully conversant with all aspects of safe food handling standards
  • Ability to work morning and afternoon shifts across Monday to Sunday
