About the role
The year 2021 will bring about significant growth and exciting prospects within our Corporate Facilities Management segment, Sodexo are currently looking for a passionate and driven Workplace Welcome Crew members interested in joining Sodexo and working on a client site within the Sydney CBD.
Reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager, you will be responsible for providing the first point of contact for all visitors to the Client organisation and is crucial to the delivery of the Client Experience. This role works collaboratively to manage all aspects of client and staff bookings, meetings, audio visual (AV), events and daily catering requirements including delivery of hospitality services.
Duties will include but won’t be limited to:
- Customer service via phone, walk-ins and email
- Providing one on one assistance to staff and clients, and guide/advice on suitable spaces and possible options
- Assisting with enquiries, processing and confirmation of bookings
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all requirements are in place for successful and seamless meetings or events
- Ensure the smooth and seamless operation of in-house meetings / events and spaces through coordination and communication and attention to detail
- Collaborate with host / booker to maximise the Client Experience
- Facilitate the provision of guest relations, reception and concierge services
- Ensure all guests and staff receive an exceptional and professional experience in any interactions.
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with all stakeholders to ensure a co-ordinated and seamless service is provided
