What this opportunity involves-

We’re currently seeking an Executive Concierge for an exciting opportunity with one of our facilities teams based at International Towers Sydney! This friendly and supportive team is looking for someone to bring their positive attitude, strong skills and natural spark to this position.

Supporting the Head and Assistant Head Concierge, you’ll ensure that the team deliver the very best customer service at all times in a fun, responsive and efficient way.

You’ll be the first point of contact in this hands on role, with responsibilities including, but not limited to;

  • Greeting all customers and visitors who enter the building
  • Provide assistance and direction according to the customer request
  • VIP meet and greet services including escorting customers and visitors to the escalators and lifts
  • Provide hotel-style concierge, lifestyle and administration services for customers, guests, and site team
  • Front of House responsibilities ensuring areas are presentable at all times
  • Be the ultimate host/co-host of community engagement events and initiatives
  • Work with the Customer Relationship Manager to proactively and continuously enhance the customer experience
  • Attend building events, meetings and training days
  • Respond to customer inquiries received via telephone or email

The ability to make a guest feel as though they are the only guests by delivering authentic, informed and personalised service every time. Superior client service is key to success in this role – which is why we need someone who can work as part of a team, is self-motivated and has an eye for detail!

You need to possess the ability to multi-task, strong computer abilities and excellent organisational skills. Additionally, you will be professionally presented, well-spoken and proactive.
