Hamilton Island is seeking a Transport Driver to operate numerous Island Shuttle Bus services for all our guests, staff and residents across the island.

About the Role 

• Full-time permanent position
• Report to the Transport Manager
• Provide transfers from the airport to various island accommodation
• Drive shuttle loop services and after-hours taxi service
• Deliver a friendly, informative and timely service to all guests and residents 
• Assist with boarding, disembarking and luggage as needed 
• Deliver an island introduction commentary for all incoming guests 
• Ensure all vehicles are maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition 

About You

• Minimum QLD MR licence and impeccable driving record
• QLD Industry Authority
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Previous bus driving experience
• Tourism, Resort or Tour guide experience highly regarded 
• Strong commitment towards customer service and going the extra mile
