Your day to day

Located in the beautiful wine country of the Hunter Valley in Lovedale - and we are currently lookingfor casual Guest Service Agents to join our team!

What we need from you

As the face of the hotel, your dynamic personality and superior communication skills will enable you to relate with our guests whilst identifying and anticipating their needs. This means daily you’ll be liaising directly with our guests face-to-face, creating a memorable check in and out, settling of accounts, responding to phone queries and reservations, as well as demonstrating strong knowledge of the hotel and local area. This ideal candidate will also possess the following qualifications, skills and attributes: • Experience in reservations/front office/reception • Hotel industry experience is preferred but not essential– we’ll teach you our systems during on-boarding • Vibrant personality with an oozing passion for customer service • Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication and organisational skills • Team player with a collaborative approach to work • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload • You must have the legal right to work in Australia
