ALMAS are looking for experienced and dedicated bar attendants to join the team! Opening late March.

The successful applicants will have:

• A minimum of 1+ years proven experience
• Enthusiasm and passion to provide exceptional customer service
• High level of bar knowledge
• Able to offer expert advice on all menu items, including food, wine and other beverages
• Solid understanding of serving customers in an A La Carte environment, following sequence of service standards
• Ability to learn and follow recipes and standards for cocktail list, with and understanding of the classics too
• Willingness to undergo further training
• Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
