CH Boutique Hotel offers a unique location and vibrant work culture to cultivate memorable guest experiences. Our Reception team are more than just check in & check out agents, they are the front line & often first point of contact for guests, suppliers, hosts & staff offering exposure to many different operational and sales components.
What will you do?
· Deliver amazing experiences through genuine hospitality & service excellence.
· Handle the check-in and check out experience creating a seamless interaction.
· Respond to all incoming telephone and email inquiries in a professional and sales orientated manner
· Handle all accommodation reservations & guest requests
· Provide outstanding customer service and assistance to hotel and dining guests
· Manage guest expectations and resolve issues as they arise.
· Accurate and timely handling of cashiering and administrative responsibilities. Reporting, analyzing, problem solving etc.
· Multi-task & prioritize effectively
· Attract and retain guests through a high level of customer service and being knowledgeable about our services
· Working independently and unsupervised at times
Do you have what it takes?
As a self-motivated, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes:
· Minimum of 1 years experience in a customer service role preferably in the accommodation industry (reservations experience is an advantage)
· Superb customer service skills coupled with an outgoing bubbly personality
· Immaculate presentation paralleled by attention to detail
· Ability to share your knowledge, multi-task and answer questions on many topics
· Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
· A professional and organised approach to your role
· Ability to think on your feet & respond quickly.
· The ability to learn large amounts of information on every area of the venue
· Strong administrative skills including knowledge of outlook, Microsoft office and booking systems (GuestPoint knowledge preferred but not required)
· A team player with ability to work autonomously.
It should be noted that this role includes morning and evening shifts across 7 days per week. You will be required to work weekdays and weekends.

Salary: $25.00 – $31.00 per hour
