I am looking for an experienced Deli Manager to join my client’s bustling new deli in Karratha, WA. The ideal candidate will be a retail or hospitality fresh leader who is passionate about their team, passionate about exceeding customer expectations, build a loyal customer base and deliver on quality. Deli Management experience would be preferred.

Move permanently or choose a 2 year contract with remote location allowances provided.

About the Role Requirements:

• Responsibility for financial analysis of dept profitability and results
• Lead and motivate a team of up to 6 staff members
• Strong management of labour and stock control
• Food quality brand ambassador 
• Strong team player with a ‘can do’ approach
• Live and breathe the values of the company
• Strict management of hygiene standards and food safety standards

• Similar experience in a fresh department
• Creative and passionate about food
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Motivational leader with ability to build effective relationships
• Passion for teamwork and planning for internal succession
• Financial competency across labour, stock and profitability
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
• Calm under pressure
