What will you create? 

You’ll help Australian businesses, private equities, government and not-for-profits create value and improve the way they work. From digitising healthcare, to creating smarter cities and igniting our start-up industry, together we build trust in society and solve important problems.

Deals bring this to life by helping a diverse range of domestic and overseas businesses from deal-concept to deal-close. Made up by Transactions Value Advisory, Corporate Finance Restructuring and Food & Agribusiness Advisory, each team offers data driven insights that enable clients to move in the right direction, ensuring maximum value for their company.

As a Manager in our Transaction Services team your impact will be seen by:

• Providing high quality financial due diligence to our private equity, corporate and infrastructure clients.
  
• Identifying key value drivers such as financial, commercial and operational insights to build confidence for our clients and help them reach their objectives.
  
• Adopting emerging technologies into the way you work. We have innovated tools across our business, enhancing the client experience on engagements as well as providing you with access to opportunities to continue developing your digital IQ and capabilities.
  
• Leveraging our integrated offering and increasing your brand eminence across Deals, Legal, Tax and Private Clients on proposals and new business opportunities
  
  
  

About you
 

You have solid technical skills in financial analysis, having worked in transaction services or in a corporate environment. You're commercially focused and passionate about understanding deal transactions and its unique value drivers. You have a professional accounting qualification and/ or degree in commerce / finance.

Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you’re ready to help our Deals team deliver innovative deal solutions to our clients, providing advice and support, from initiation through to deal completion.
