In this role, you will provide leadership and support to the frontline and supervisory teams whilst instilling a culture that values the delivery of exceptional customer service. You will achieve the successful development and maintenance of all operational procedures, goals and standards within the outlet and drive innovation in business development and marketing initiatives.

This full-time role is offered on a permanent basis.

• Demonstrated experience in people management
• Extensive customer service practice knowledge and skill
• Intermediate experience in venue management, preferably in a 5 star environment
• Experience in food and beverage operations management
• Approved Managers licence
• Knowledge of RSA requirements in a licensed venue

Preferred Criteria:

• Diploma in Hospitality Business Management or similar
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
