Duty Manager - Crown Towers ( Job Number: PER12030 )

Your mission: To create memorable experiences for customers by managing the Hotel Rooms Division operation at Crown Towers.

At Crown Perth memorable experiences are created when we work together. As a Duty Manager – Crown Towers you will be responsible for managing and assisting in the running of the entire Hotel Rooms Division operation during your shift. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will appropriately allocate resources across the operation and ensure that Crown’s policies, procedures and brand standards are adhered to across all operational departments.

  • Hotel management experience at a departmental level within a superior hotel
  • Strong knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office suite
  • Extensive customer service experience

Preferred Criteria:

  • Hospitality or business-related qualification
  • Knowledge of the Opera Property Management System
