We are recruiting casual event staff who have experience on the floor, behind the bar, and facilitating fantastic events. As a casual food and beverage attendant shifts will be rostered weekly and will include evening and weekend work regularly.

Your primary responsibility as an Events Food & Beverage Attendant is to maintain and ensure the high standard of our products and services, and ensure that customers expectations are always exceeded. This means delivering the best service in a timely, efficient way and leading by example. The food and beverage attendant is the face of the business and has considerable influence on its patrons' experience. You must maintain a professional and friendly demeanour and offer timely assistance to customers in order to ensure that their needs are met. If any issues arise throughout the customer's dining experience, the food and beverage attendant is responsible for resolving them. As our next Event Food and Beverage Attendant you must:

  • Prioritise the guests needs and experience amongst anything else.
  • Ensure that the guest’s experience is positive, unique and memorable.
  • Engage with the guests by providing them with the best possible service from the moment they walk into the Grounds to the moment they exit.
  • Be committed to going the extra mile for ALL guests. Be proactive in seeking the guests needs and requests to ensure they are attended to promptly. For example, offer to take a photo, provide guests with directions before they ask.
  • Ensure that the customer experiences feelings of serenity and comfort at all times, and is inspired by their experience at the Grounds.
  • Be wholeheartedly committed to ensuring that the guests experience is of the highest quality.
  • Be passionate about adding value to each of our guests' lives. Each guest should leave the venue with a positively unforgettable experience.

Experience on the floor or behind the bar is essential & previous experience in events is preferred.

You must have a valid RSA and availability suited to evenings and weekends.

Hourly rates of pay reflect the restaurant industry award and you must have full working rights to work in Australia.
