About me&u
me&u is Australia's new way to order and pay for food & drinks via mobile, being used by tens of thousands of diners across Australia. Founded in 2018 by Stevan Premutico (founder of the highly successful Dimmi online restaurant bookings service), the business now has full-time employees across Australia and is now expanding into the UK.
Our mission is centred around improving people's restaurant experiences. For both the customer and the operator, me&u takes care of the basics so that the floor staff can spend more time elevating the overall restaurant experience. Better service and hospitality means the experience becomes less transactional and more enjoyable.
The role
As an Onboarding Support Associate, you will support various internal teams to ensure me&u's hospitality partners are receiving a high level of onboarding support through quality menu builds and services.
What you will do
- Serve as a key point of contact for the me&u onboarding team
- Building digital menus to the highest best practice standards
- Assist with challenging client requests or escalations as needed
- Ensuring the aesthetics of the product are executed to an exceptional standard
- Support the activation process for new restaurants to ensure a successful implementation of our product
- Clear communication with our internal stakeholders to execute projects in a timely and efficient manner
- Ad hoc duties
