Due to sales growth and company expansion, our business is growing rapidly, and we are looking to implement Store Managers into our restaurants.

Are you an existing Restaurant Manager or team leader looking for a new opportunity or a rising star looking for your first big break?

We are currently on the hunt for a manager for our Hindley Street Store and we are looking for enthusiastic, confident, self-motivated and team driven individuals to lead and guide our current and future teams!

Although previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous it is not essential as full training will be provided.

About the Role:

Based in the Adelaide CBD and reporting to the Area Manager our Store Managers optimise the operating profit of their store by motivating their team to build a reputation for providing excellent customer service, by growing store sales in all categories and by implementing ‘best practice’ and following all brand operating standards and guidelines.

Task and Responsibilities but not limited to:

- Monitor and maintain store operations
- Monitor quality of products, staff efficiency and customer service standards
- Banking
- Staff rostering and staff management while maintaining labour costs set out by the Area Manager
- Maintaining full compliance for store during monthly evaluations
- Provide ongoing support and training for staff
- Lead by example in delivering excellence in customer service
- Implement and manage change in an efficient, constructive and positive way
- Attend and complete any necessary training as instructed by your Area Manager
- Maintain food, safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Monitor and maintain uniform standards
- Accurate record-keeping and paperwork
- Maintain professional relationships with all staff
- Report any issues to the Area Manager in a timely manner
- Promote a positive attitude and atmosphere within the store


38 hours per week, flexible availability to work as weekends and nights are sometimes required and must be available for any after hour calls and staff support.

Must be available to commence shifts as early as 5:30am.

competitive salary package once fully trained available $55,000-$60,000

Salary: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
